For the family-owned Gontermann-Peipers Company (founded in 1825) safeguarding the two plant sites in the Siegerland area has highest priority.
This requires the competitiveness of the company on the global markets and is only achievable by dedicated commitment and the participation of a high percentage of the employees.

In order to pursue these goals effectively, the company developed already in the year 1998 a salary agreement, which has proved to be extraordinary good for all participants.

The successful use of this salary agreement is based on a reliable company’s information policy and requires high transparency of the company’s data.

Therefore at GP all employees are informed permanently about the business development and participate on basis of well defined rules in the jointly gained business success.
