Lapping tools

GP supplies ready-to-use machine tools

We supply lapping wheels, lapping segments, and dressing rings made of cast iron for all standard types of machines by familiar manufacturers, finished and ready for mounting.

We are able to optimise the following parameters according to your technical specifications:

  • quality of the cast material
  • inside and outside diameters of the wheel
  • thickness of the wheel
  • lapping media and fastening holes
  • individual lapping disk grooves in arrangement and profile.

GP supplies lapping tools for the following purposes

  • Pump making
  • Fittings production
  • Machine construction
  • Automobile construction
  • Electrical engineering and electronics
  • Roller bearing manufacturing
  • Wafer production
  • Machine knife manufacturing
  • Ceramic engineering

Dimensions:

From 300 mm to 2.000 mm diameter finished and ready for mounting.
