GOPAG- Continuous casting - An economical production method for round, square and flat bars

Drawing

When it comes to continuous casting, GP is able draw on several decades of experience. GOPAG- continuous castings are typified by a dense, fine-grained structure, even with large cross-sections, which results from high static pressure in the drawing ladle and a drawing speed appropriate to the cross-section.

Heat treatment

Depending on the grade we guarantee:

  • extensive freedom from stress
  • improved machinability
  • increased strength
  • heightened toughness with ductile materials
  • high wear resistance

Large permanent stock - Vertical integration according to customer requirements
